The Monster Diversity Leadership Program is a highly selective leadership program
It is a life-changing event for incoming college sophomores, juniors and seniors. Each high-energy program is jam-packed with presentations and activities provided by some of the nation?s most inspiring speakers and organizations. Participants leave with access to an invaluable network of professional contacts and mentors, new friends and fresh ideas about their place in the real world. To be eligible for the Diversity Leadership Programs, a student must meet the following requirements: You must be an incoming second-year (Sophomore status), third-year (Junior status) or fourth-year (Senior status) college student. This is defined by the year of college you will be entering for the fall term of 2006. You must be between 18-24 years old. Although all students will be considered, we recommend that applicants maintain a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale (or possess a GPA of 3.5 or higher in their chosen major). We also seek students who have outstanding extracurricular involvement, volunteerism and successful work experience. You must be a U.S. citizen, a permanent resident of the U.S, or have an F-1 student visa. We cannot accept non-U.S. residents, or individuals with H-1 or J-1 Visas. Intend to enroll in, or be currently enrolled in an accredited four-year college or university during the Fall term of 2006. We will also accept any student who is pursuing an associate degree if he/she has already been accepted as a transfer student to an accredited-four year college or university for Fall 2006.
