Philadelphia Orchestra Association Information Technology Intern

The Philadelphia Orchestra Association is seeking a highly motivated aspiring

technology professional for an unpaid internship in the Information Technology (IT) department. The IT department acts as a service bureau and provides internet, networking, help desk and database management for The Philadelphia Orchestra, as well as several high-profile non-profit arts organizations.

Duties will be heavily weighted towards internet activities and will include: Preparing and posting HTML pages for our sites,

www.philorch.org, www.ticketphiladelphia.org and www.academyofmusic.org; working with internal users to update and maintain development on our intranet site, Athena.ticketphiladelphia.org

Qualifications: Candidates preferred who possess knowledge of one or more of the following technologies: HTML, XML, JavaScript, Apache, Linux, Dreamweaver/Fireworks 4, ASP.NET/MS SQL or MySQL/PHP.
