Information on how to place orders with the Multicultural Advantage Store.

Return Policy

We know you'll be delighted with your Convergence Media, Inc purchase! If, however, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the unused product meeting the following criteria:

  1. Merchandise must be received by Convergence Media, Inc within thirty (30) days of the invoice or packing slip date. Please allow one week for shipping, as no exceptions will be made. (all credits will be net of a 10% restocking charge). Credits for merchandise will not include the original or return freight charges unless you received an item in mistake.

  2. Please enclose a copy of the invoice or packing slip, so we are sure to credit the correct account.

  3. Returned merchandise MUST be received by Convergence Media, Inc in saleable condition. Manuals, books and other products with bent covers, scratches, missing pages, or broken spines will not be accepted for credit under ANY circumstances.

  4. Returns MUST be shipped to:

  5. All charges incurred in returning merchandise to Convergence Media, Inc are the responsibility of the customer. Ship your return via an insured, traceable method, carefully packed in a box to ensure that your returns are not lost or damaged in transit. Merchandise shipped in bags or envelopes is most likely to be damaged in transit.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

  • Any CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, or cassette tape that has been opened and taken out of its original plastic wrap.

  • Any item that is damaged, is missing parts or is not in its original condition.

  • Training Manuals in three-ring binders are NOT returnable, unless they can be proven defective upon receipt. Please notify Convergence Media, Inc of any such defects within ten (10) days of the invoice date.
