About Jodie-Beth Galos, Esq, SPHR. is an advisor who counsels clients on how to safely and sanely preserve their rights in a business climate with an increasingly litigious workforce. As a Human Resource executive and Director of Quality, Ms. Galos was a Senior Vice President of Smith Barney, served as a Vice President of United HealthCare as a Generalist and the Director of Corporate Training and as a Director of Employee Relations at Saks Fifth Avenue. She practiced with the employment law firm of Jackson, Lewis, Schnitzler and Krupman.

She is an arbitrator for the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) and the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), specializing in employment disputesMs. Galos serves on Boards for two Society of Human Resource Chapters and is the Treasurer of the Northeast Millerton Library.

He is an author of best-selling computer programs, and awrd-winning screenplay, and four collections of poetry.
